What Makes This Distinct
Because Hellings Builders offered fully customizable specifications on each of the eight lots, finished square footage, bedroom count, and structural features will differ from home to home; buyers should request the recorded site plan and individual settlement documents — not just the builder’s base floor plan — before comparing homes within the enclave.
School District
The Woods at Rose Tree is served by the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District. Buyers should verify current school assignments directly with the district.
