Every transition is different. We don't do one-size-fits-all — we work with people in specific situations. Find yours.
Don't see your situation? Tell us what's going on — we'll point you in the right direction.
We serve Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania, as well as New Castle County in Delaware. That includes West Chester, Media, Kennett Square, Malvern, Wayne, Garnet Valley, Glen Mills, Newtown Square, Greenville, and the surrounding communities. We've closed transactions across 25 school districts in this region.
We specialize in life-transition real estate — situations where the sale or purchase is more complex than usual. That includes estate sales and inherited homes, divorce sales, downsizing and right-sizing, relocation from out of the area, first-time home buyers, coordinated sell-and-buy transactions, and distinctive homes in the $1M+ range. Each situation gets a tailored approach because the variables, timelines, and emotional dynamics are different.
Yes. We handle everything remotely — coordinating prep work, hosting showings, managing inspections, and closing via mobile notary or remote notarization. We've closed sales for clients across the country and overseas. You'll receive regular updates so you always know where things stand, and we treat your property with the same care we'd give if you were local.
Vincent handles pricing strategy, market analysis, contract negotiation, and the data-driven side of every transaction. Jane handles client relationships, the emotional and logistical side of transitions, and brings specialized certifications for divorce transactions and military family relocations. You get two full-time agents who communicate constantly, so nothing falls through the cracks and you're never waiting for someone to get back to you.
You'll hear back from Vincent or Jane personally — not an assistant, not an autoresponder. We'll ask a few questions about your situation, listen to what you're dealing with, and give you an honest assessment of your options. There's no sales pitch and no pressure. If we're a good fit, we'll lay out a clear plan. If we're not the right team for your situation, we'll tell you that too.
Yes. We represent both buyers and sellers across Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Northern Delaware. Many of our clients are doing both — selling one home and buying another — which is one of our core specializations. Whether you're buying your first home, selling an inherited property, or coordinating a move across counties, we bring the same level of structure and communication to every side of the transaction.
We provide a detailed market analysis based on neighborhood-level data — not Zillow estimates or ZIP code averages. Our Market Intelligence system tracks over 2,100 neighborhoods, so we can show you exactly what comparable homes in your specific neighborhood have sold for, how long they took to sell, and whether prices are trending up, down, or flat. Contact us for a no-obligation pricing consultation.
Our market intelligence covers 25 school districts including West Chester Area, Downingtown, Unionville-Chadds Ford, Kennett Consolidated, Garnet Valley, Rose Tree Media, Springfield (Delco), Radnor, Tredyffrin-Easttown, Great Valley, Owen J. Roberts, Coatesville, Octorara, Avon Grove, Oxford, Phoenixville, Pottstown, Spring-Ford, Upper Merion, Lower Merion, Haverford Township, Marple Newtown, Brandywine (DE), Red Clay (DE), and Christina (DE).
Our reports track data at the neighborhood level — not the city or ZIP code level. Zillow and Redfin aggregate data across entire areas, which masks what's actually happening street by street. Our Market Intelligence system covers over 2,100 neighborhoods and shows median price, days on market, inventory, and price reduction rates for each one. That granularity is the difference between a useful report and a misleading one.
It depends on the specific neighborhood, price point, condition, and time of year. Rather than giving you a generic county-wide average, we can show you exactly how long comparable homes in your neighborhood have taken to sell over the past 12 months. That's a much more useful number — and it's one of the things we cover in a pre-listing consultation at no cost.
Vincent Cyr holds the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and Associate Broker designations. Jane Cyr holds the RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist — Divorce) certification and has extensive experience with military family relocations. These aren't generic credentials — each one reflects a specific type of transaction we handle regularly.
We work with homeowners whose previous listings failed. The question isn't whether your home can sell — it's why it didn't. We'll analyze the pricing strategy, marketing exposure, showing feedback, and market conditions during your previous listing to identify what went wrong and what needs to change. Often the issue is pricing, positioning, or both — and our neighborhood-level data can pinpoint exactly where the disconnect was.
Yes. Many of our clients come to us during major life transitions — estate settlements, divorce, job relocation, financial challenges, or health changes. We understand that these situations come with emotional complexity and timeline pressure. We're trained in sensitive transaction management and will handle the logistics while you focus on what matters most.
