We serve Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania, as well as New Castle County in Delaware. That includes West Chester, Media, Kennett Square, Malvern, Wayne, Garnet Valley, Glen Mills, Newtown Square, Greenville, and the surrounding communities. We've closed transactions across 25 school districts in this region.

What types of situations do you specialize in?

We specialize in life-transition real estate — situations where the sale or purchase is more complex than usual. That includes estate sales and inherited homes, divorce sales, downsizing and right-sizing, relocation from out of the area, first-time home buyers, coordinated sell-and-buy transactions, and distinctive homes in the $1M+ range. Each situation gets a tailored approach because the variables, timelines, and emotional dynamics are different.

Can you help if I live out of state?

Yes. We handle everything remotely — coordinating prep work, hosting showings, managing inspections, and closing via mobile notary or remote notarization. We've closed sales for clients across the country and overseas. You'll receive regular updates so you always know where things stand, and we treat your property with the same care we'd give if you were local.

How do you work as a husband-and-wife team?

Vincent handles pricing strategy, market analysis, contract negotiation, and the data-driven side of every transaction. Jane handles client relationships, the emotional and logistical side of transitions, and brings specialized certifications for divorce transactions and military family relocations. You get two full-time agents who communicate constantly, so nothing falls through the cracks and you're never waiting for someone to get back to you.

What should I expect when I reach out?

You'll hear back from Vincent or Jane personally — not an assistant, not an autoresponder. We'll ask a few questions about your situation, listen to what you're dealing with, and give you an honest assessment of your options. There's no sales pitch and no pressure. If we're a good fit, we'll lay out a clear plan. If we're not the right team for your situation, we'll tell you that too.

Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Yes. We represent both buyers and sellers across Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Northern Delaware. Many of our clients are doing both — selling one home and buying another — which is one of our core specializations.
