🚨 New Fraud Real Estate Fraud in PA🚨
Real estate pros in Lebanon County recently uncovered two fraudulent attempts to sell vacant land. In these scams, the property is listed for sale by people who don’t even own the property! 🏡❌

Thankfully, the county’s Records Alert Program, launched in 2023, now notifies homeowners whenever someone tries to file a fake deed in their name which helped keep these scams from succeeding. 🔐💡

🛡️ Protect yourself:

- Sign up for property‑alert services at your county recorder’s office.
- Regularly check mail and county public records for unexpected changes.
- Use title insurance and work with trusted realtors or attorneys.
