What Makes This Distinct
The HOA at Liongate has a documented history of active exterior enforcement — roof, siding, doors, and railings — and gained regional attention in 2010 when its management company (Wentworth Management) issued fine warnings to residents flying American and POW flags, a practice Pennsylvania state law bars associations from enforcing against American, Commonwealth, or military flags. Buyers should review current CC&Rs and confirm the present management company before closing.
