About Devon
Devon occupies a quiet stretch of the Main Line between Berwyn and Paoli, with a mix of stone estates on larger lots and more modest mid-century homes tucked along tree-lined side streets. The SEPTA Devon station provides commuter rail access, and the Devon Horse Show grounds anchor one of the area’s most recognizable landmarks. Tredyffrin-Easttown School District applies to virtually all Devon addresses, keeping baseline values high.
Buying or Selling in Devon?
Selling in Devon
Devon sellers are typically long-term homeowners – many have lived here 15-25 years and may be downsizing or settling an estate. We specialize in both scenarios and handle the full coordination, from preparing an older home for market to managing the transition timeline.
Buying in Devon
Devon’s older housing stock means inspection findings are part of almost every transaction – structural systems, roofing, and mechanicals in pre-war homes need careful evaluation. Budget for these realities rather than being surprised after you’re under contract.

The Cyr Team is a real estate team at Real Broker, LLC (REAL of Pennsylvania), led by Vincent Cyr and Jane Cyr. We represent home sellers and buyers in Devon and across Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and in New Castle County, Delaware, and we have worked in this market since 2009. The work includes pricing and marketing a home for sale, representing buyers in a purchase, and helping people whose move is part of a larger life change, such as downsizing, an estate sale, a divorce, a relocation or a first home. The team has closed 400+ home sales. We don’t give tax, legal or lending advice, and we don’t guarantee a price, timeline or outcome.
