It is no secret that we have an inventory shortage across our nation, the causes of which are many and not easily remedied. One solution is to build more housing – single-family, multi-family, town home, apartment.. all types are needed. In order to do this, we need land in which to build upon – suitable land in areas where people can live, work, and play (I’ll call this “pursuing happiness”. This latest information from Realtor magazine talks about land prices increasing and expecting this trend to continue.
