Real Talk About Our Big Career Move

We made a major move earlier this year—one that would have a significant impact on The Cyr Team and our real estate clients. It wasn’t an easy decision, but we decided to change brokerages and join Real Broker. Now that it’s been almost six months into this new partnership, we wanted to share some reflections about this career choice.
