Treyburn is a 78-home subdivision of Colonial and English Manor style detached single-family residences built by Bentley Homes between approximately 1994 and 1997 in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County. The land was part of the Joseph W. Thomas and Sons Nursery, a Chester County horticultural operation that began as a farm in 1828 and formally operated as a nursery from 1853 until closing in 1990, when the property was sold to Bentley Developers for residential development; records documenting the nursery are held at the Chester County History Center. The HOA maintains a paved walking and jogging path running more than two miles through the community, and the subdivision is managed by Shew Community Management of West Chester.
