Media Narrative Behind the Scenes

Media Narrative Behind the Scenes

We loved the 18 degree temperature so much we headed up to Media, PA from the West Chester shoot to get more footage for the Media, PA lifestyle video. As you can see, the wind was picking up and Jane was freezing. Jane had some more difficult lines to say and she kept mixing up what she was supposed to say. After many takes, I changed the wording and we got through it.

It was at the time Jackie, our marketing person, and the video crew, all though that the other outdoor footage could be shot on another day. We did slug it out and got our piece done.

We did the narration in the studio as well. This was a fun experience for us and we plan on doing several more.

Here is the video and the narration.

Media, PA Lifestyle Video

Community – A feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals in a certain living area.

Everbody’s Hometown. Those simple words exemplify the community that exists here in Media, PA. Located in the heart of Delaware county, in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, Media brings together the desired elements of community.

From its inception in 1848 as the county seat, rooted in the Quaker tradition, you can start to see its heritage in the architecture of the landmarks that serve as the foundation of a community – the courthouse, the churches, the schools, and the library.

With such a foundation, Media has become the go-to place to live – small town roots with big-city lifestyle. This is an ideal place to live for those working in locations such as Philadelphia or King of Prussia because of the easy access to interstates and regional rail. Once you’re home, the walkable lifestyle lets you enjoy the parks, shops, restaurants, brew pubs, theater, and so many other activities. With over 75 restaurants, your palette will surely be supplied with an endless variety of food from all parts of the world. On Wednesdays in the summer, State street, the main thorofare, is shut down so all the local restaurants can put their tables and fares out for outdoor dining enjoyment.

But there is so much more that you can enjoy here in Media. With Rose Tree and Ridley Creek State Park, located nearby, there are over 2000 acres for you to enjoy, hiking, jogging, cycling, fishing, and picnicking. The annual Media 5 Miler is a great event for runners and spectators as the town shuts down the streets to watch almost 2000 runners go through the streets of Media.

Are you looking for a little more community in your lifestyle? Are you looking for the lifestyle of urban living without the congestion or expense? Are you looking for a place to call “home”? Then consider Everyone’s Hometown – Media, PA.
