June Housing Sales Minute
Well, if you haven’t heard, real estate sales were strong in May and are expected to continue that way into June. Activity is up, transactions are up, and prices are also rising.
The low level of inventory is expected to last for several YEARS as the number of homes we need to have built is far fewer that the actual homes being constructed.
Here is a quick update from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Better have a Realtor help you find a property – many homes that are sold never make it to Zillow.
